A word from the author
My friend, welcome to my world of mystery and imagination! These pages hold the small poems I write, about me, my life, the cute animals and world peace, and love that stays and love that leaves, about the dark hours and the stubborn light that follows them.
I believe the ordinary is where poetry lives: in a stranger's kindness, in a cracked cup, in the long quiet after a hard day. I read old books, stand too long in galleries, and try to write down what I find there.
You’re wrong if you think that the joy of life principally comes from human relationships. It’s all around us, it’s in anything that we can experience. People just need to change the way they look at those things.
This is one of the ways I express myself. You don't have to like them, or understand them. It's just a form of art only some people would feel it in their hearts!
If a line stays with you, leave a heart or a little note in the margins. I read every one.
